Who owns what

• The text, charts, readings and agent.md exports of each report belong to BlewUp.
• The creators’ videos and posts belong to them and their platforms. We only link to them and chart their public numbers.

What you can do

• Read the reports yourself.
• Paste one case’s agent.md into an AI assistant you use for your own work.
• Quote short passages in your own commentary or teaching, with a link back to the case.

What you can’t do

• Resell, republish or redistribute a report, in full or in large parts, including in paid groups, courses, communities or file shares.
• Download reports in bulk with scripts, crawlers or automated tools.
• Use the reports to train AI models or to build a dataset.
• Get around access limits, or share your account with others.

What we do about it

• Unusually fast or heavy access to reports is slowed down or refused for a while.
• When we find a report being resold or republished we ask for it to be taken down, and we keep the right to act further.

How far to trust the reports

• Reports are built from public data and our own estimates and readings. Every number is tagged with how it is known.
• They can contain mistakes and are not business, financial or legal advice. You decide what to do with them.

If you are a creator in a case

• You can ask us to correct a number or add your side. We will check it against the data and say in the update log what changed.

Subscriptions

• A subscription is paid for a year at a time through Stripe, at the price shown on the subscribe page. It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. It then does not renew, and you keep reading until the end of the year you have paid for.
• You can also pay once for a year (WeChat Pay, Alipay or card). That does not renew automatically: when the year ends, renew it yourself from your account page. We email you 7 days before it ends. The no-refund rule below applies to it too.
• Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for the unused part of a year. Where the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment is retried for a while; if it still fails, the subscription ends.
• A subscription is for one person.

What we record

• What you type in the search box on the home page is recorded, to decide which cases to add next. It is not linked to your account.
• When you ask for a creator, we keep the name and the reason you give. Your email is kept only if you leave one, and only used to tell you when that case is added.
• We record anonymous events from page visits and the subscription steps, such as which page was opened or that a subscribe button was clicked. They contain nothing that identifies you.

Changes to these terms

• When these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
